Whenever I open the PortableApps Menu it always looks like this: http://marknharris.googlepages.com/Messedupmenu.jpg
When I ran Windows XP it looked right, but now that I'm running Windows Vista it looks messed up.
I tried updating the menu app but it still looks messed up.

Your laptop is in 120dpi mode which messes up lots of software (including Windows icons and even the MSN client). The beta release mentioned right on the Suite page fixes this issue.
