Antivirus

Ok first thing is first,
I have searched the forum for a good anti-virus,but i can't really find one, here is what i really want:

*-Something like Kaspersky, but portable and run off a USB, It should prompt before letting anything in to the pendrive,(true that some pendrive has lock, which write-protects the USB, but mine doesn't)

-It should be stable, no beta or anything that isn't really developed.

-Something that has a great GUI

*-something Free

Giving more importance to points marked with *

OH, i havn't told you why i need this, the thin is, my Sister goes to a school as a teacher and since i found that the COMPS in the school has virus (using kasper) i have told her not to plug the USB, into my lap after the School biz, without scanning it with another comp, and i have told her that i could get an antivirus for USB, (but, sadly i havn't ha any LUCK)

Secondly:
I don't know where to post this, in GENERAL DISCUSSION or REQUEST FOR PORTABAPPS, So i chose this. (don't know why)\

Thanks, Bye

Use ClamWin Portable or try to portableize your

favorite anti-virus software with JauntPE (it is pre-alpha so I can make no guarantees), although JauntePE worked on ALL the apps I have wanted 2 portablize except Google Earth.

ClamWin Portable is found here: https://portableapps.com/apps/utilities/clamwin_portable

JauntPE is found here:

As all of ya should know Microsoft is the Evil Empire, and Windows (a.k.a. Winblows or Windoze) is their greatest general, so please make a difference and install Linux or FreeBSD on yer Windows comp.

ClamWin

Can clamwin protect yourr pendrive from being accessed without the user's permission, kinda like the lock feature found in many of the pendrives, but not on my U3, Sandisk
pendrive.

No

No. Clamwin is only a scanner. To do what you want the app would have to be running in the background as a service or whatnot so it would detect flash drive access.
