Creating an EXE for the Address Book in Thunderbird

Could you please create an EXE for the Address Book in Thunderbird so I can use it in the Portable Apps Menu.

It's around here somewhere. I can't find the post offhand in the forums, but here's the link. Just place that in your ThunderbirdPortable directory.
