GPG2 has had W32 support since 2.0.5 (2.0.6 was just released). This is a request for support under the existing TBP launcher. Werner Koch has not put w32 binaries on www.gnupg.org, but they are available via www.gpg4win.com.

Once they're on gnupg.org, I'll package them. You're welcome to copy your own into it, though. The installer is really just a convenience thing. Also, neither the launcher nor Thunderbird 'support' 2.0. It's up to Enigmail to use it. All the launcher does is point Enigmail to the right directory.
