7-Zip is open source, free, has better compression and is already in PortableApps.com Format.

Why request an app that's already portable, anyway? IZArc2Go is my preferred compression tool, but I don't see what I'd gain out of a PAF version. It already works in the PAM perfectly.
So, then Notepad++ is a portable version too. You just add a click to your installation and it's portable. What's the difference then?
N++ is only kinda portable. It leaves a registry key behind and won't update it's most recently used list, sessions or last explorer path. N++ Portable does all these things.
