Install to multiple drives

Is it better to install to each drive, one at a time, or is it ok to install to one drive (or directory) and then copy and paste all the files to another drive (or directory)?

Installing.

If you install from your desktop to an external drive, it's going to be slower than installer right from the drive, and then if you copy files from one external drive to another external drive, it's going to be even slower.

Thanks, that was the info I needed!

I also found Toucan ... and it looks like it can automate syncing a couple drives (if I'm careful).
