I think that Jetico BCArchive is such a fantastic program which really beats any other archive format in terms of security hands down, so I'd love it to be made into a portable application.

Explain to me how this program is better than 7-zip with excellent compression and AES encryption and the app is already available on this website in portable format?

BCArchive is good because it wipes up after it is finished, it doesn't merely unpack files and then forget.
