ClamWin: Email, Inbox File from Thunderbird

ClamWin: Email, Inbox File from Thunderbird

I did a scan and found this "infected" file:

C:\Netscape\Users\"me"\Mail\pop.west.cox.net\Inbox: Email.Phishing.Pay-8 FOUND

Infected files: 1

Was it picking up something in the weblink to the phishing site or is there a file inbedded?
