MP3 Tag Tools

I was looking for a program that would allow me to easily manipulate the data tags on MP3's.

I know that data tags can be manipulated within audacity, but since Audacity is focused on manipulating the song itself rather then the tag manipulation I was looking for other options.

I stumbled accross a program called MP3 Tag Tools. From what I've seen it allows for copying info from the tag to the file name, and vice versa.

Since it's open source, and I couldn't see any specific mention to this program (closest I found was from a url pointing to portablefreeware.com), I thought I would put a request in to make it portable.
