Please consider Fast Explorer 2007 to include into Portableapps.com listing.
Fast Explorer is an utility to manage context menus items of shell's file
objects and virtual objects displayed in a file manager, such as Explorer. It can be used to integrate portable apps into target PC seamless and without consequences (stealthy).
Quotation:
"Context menu options are not provided by portable applications as they
are not installed on the host PC. FE provides this ability for portable
applications. Each user is therefore able to construct their preferred
context menu options and have them available on each PC they use."

Using Autorun.ini it's possible to add context menu items to a particular CD/DVD only. Fast Explorer may be used to customize context menus of any file type (including predefined shell objects, like All files, All files and file folders, All non-associated files, etc.
