Aptana IDE is a free, open-source web development IDE. Considering you have NVU and Kompozer available when this one offers WAY more in terms of usability I believe it should be a portable app. Plus this one actually lets you know compatibility between browsers for elements AS you type them. (through a little IE or FIREFOX logo)
Please set this one up.
I already have this one done with a launcher but it won't be released until Java Portable is finalized.

Hey there.
I guess Java Portable is finished. Are you planning on releasing the launcher anytime soon?
Hey, you said that you had a working launcher for Aptana? Can you release it now since Java Portable is out? I would love to be able to run Aptana from my USB drive.
Here are screenies of this app. I'd never heard of it up until this thread.
