Firefox Portable - updating without asking

Hi,

I love PFF but it has lately updated without me being able to stop it. It downloaded updates for 1.5.0.1 or whatever....will this cause me any problems with PFF in the future? thanks

Nope

That's by design. It's a feature of FF 1.5 and up. It'll work just fine portably.
