How to install themes?

I wish to know how can I install the themes I´ve downloaded.
And how do I create my owns?

themes can be used with PAM beta (https://portableapps.com/node/4571)or PAM Mods like xrx´s (https://portableapps.com/node/8569)
and themes u can find here (https://portableapps.com/node/7223) Wink

when u using the PAM Mod (by

when u using the PAM Mod (by xrx) and my themes, u have an easy way, they are all themes with installer.
