It works by "scanning your local hard disk for any log file created during the monitoring process".
Is it portable? I think so... It doesn't require an install.

As all of ya should know Micro$oft is the Evil Empire, and Windows (a.k.a. Winblows or Windoze) is their greatest general, so please make a difference and install Linux or FreeBSD on yer Windows comp.
He doesn't want to bypass keyloggers, he wants to find and eradicate them (like a good LAN admin should). I assume one that scan machines across the LAN would be prefered or could be launched from a login script. Central reporting would help him also.

But it seems it's not good. Actually I don't know any keylogger detector that would prompt on running AHK script that captures keyboard events (actually I didn't write a keylogger to test it...but I doubt it would change anything).
