Hello,
how does Toucan work with files when summer/winter time changes? I mean - windows change file time attributes, so such files look different due time but are the same.
How about to ignore 1 hour time differences, maybe when other attributes, e.g. file size, stay unchanged?

I can certainly add this as an option to 2.0, to be honest it has never been something that I have thought about.
