All the portable apps I've gotten from here have had all functions of the full versions. Or at least all the functions I normally use. I'm not sure if anything has been disabled in any of them, but I think the goal here has been to make the portable versions identical except for not needing installation and registry access.
It's the exact same program, with a launcher added. With the exception of Sudoku Portable (sounds were removed), all original executables stay exactly the same.

Eraser portable has a small part disabled (the part that integrates with the right-click menu in Explorer...it's not portable). It's just a convenience thing as the same functions that are on the menu can be done manually within the program itself.

This is the exception, not the norm. Most of the official apps on PortableApps.com have all the functionality of the "fully installed" version.
