is there anyway to import my own passwords form the passwords file or to add my own manually?? I can't seem to do this, help!!

If you mean your local passwords, you can just copy your whole local FF profile into FF Portable by following these directions:

profiles, goto Sf.net search 4 it and hit Profile Sync and download it.

Firefox's password manager isnt THAT good.
You need a real one for that.
