How does one add a third-party Portable App to PA Menu?

How does one add a third-party Portable App to PA Menu?

I would like to include DeepBurner, for which a portable version has been made:

And I wouldn't mind seeing support for the Qemu emulator, which is portable by nature, but is command-line driven:

Well, the poster or a mod deleted their comments on Esperon, but it would have been even funnier if instead of typing "uberpr0", they did uberpr∅
