Updating for Mozilla Applications

Hello All,

I was just wondering about, when there is an update for Firefox, Sunbird or Thunderbird should we use the auto update feature of the application itself or download the 'new' portable version from the portableapps.com website?

You can use the auto-updater within them if you want. Occasionally, you'll need to update from this site when John updates the actual launcher.
