Was just wondering how to make any edition of PortableApps bootable on a cd/dvd for recovery and backup purposes outside Windows, much like the UBCD?
Thanks

PortableApps is not an operating system. It is an application suite. Therefore, it cannot be bootable. But, if using a bootable Linux (like Slax) with Wine, you can use PortableApps.
