Auto-Minimize to Tray

Is there anyway to prevent the Portable Apps Suite from minimizing automatically to the tray after starting a program?

I mostly use the suite at my school computer labs, which are locked with Desktop Authority, which apparently won't give me access to the anything on the task bar, including the system tray icons (I can't even right click!).

Thanks!

Use the PAM Mod

It has an option to stay visible but it will appear above windows.

OK, found the mod and all, but how do I install it?

Just extract it to the drive?

So confused.

Extract it to your desktop and copy and paste the contents of

The folder inside of the folder on your desktop known as portableappsmenur30 and paste them to X:\PortableApps\PortableApps Menu

and your done

BTW X = your device's drive letter.

Use the latest beta

it has that option:
NEW IN BETA 4: Remain Visible - If you add a line reading RemainVisible=True to your PortableAppsMenu.ini, it will remain visible even when you click off of it.

Try my menu

You could also give my Menu a try, it has an optional "Start" button that sits directly above the windows start button.
Actually hoping John will let me include it in PAM1.2+ since I will be helping with the development.
