Standard Windows apps as Portable applications

Is it possible to install any standard application as a PortableApps and if so is there a tutorial avaliable?

Depends

Most apps aren't portable, as they write their settings to the registry or to the Application Data directory. If on the odd occasion they don't, you can read the instructions on the support page for how to add them.
