I'm starting using PortableApps since a few months. But, when I log on the Portableapps website, the last update available is from august, and Toucan version is 1.1 (from 1st of August). I saw on the blog that V1.2 exists. Where to find it?

That's because it hasn't been released yet. When it's released it will appear on its app page and have an announcement on the homepage.
