just wanted to propose some apps, that would be great to have in the portable apps launcher.
- mp3gain
- mp3tag
- blogdesk
i know mp3gain is opensource, so i guess there should be no problem. blogdesk and mp3tag are both freeware but not opensource, so that would be more difficult...
could it be posible to have a codec pack like k-lite codec pack with the media player classic to work with the portableapps launcher?
thx!
CODECs have to be installed into the system and therefore will never be portable.
Please follow the app request format stickied at the top of this forum.
Cancer Survivors -- Remember the fight, celebrate the victory!

the format is this
Program: My Example Program
License: Open Source/GPL
Description: An example program.
Website: http://www.example.org/
Other: 5 registry entries found under HKLM\MyEx
Please search before posting. ~Thanks
you would only need to install it into the program itself, if it uses the registry, as discussed before, make a portable registry. thogh i dont know how any of this would work.
Zoop
I have not found it on PAc so I support the request for a portable mp3gain.
Program: mp3gain
License: GPL
Description: "analyzes and adjusts mp3 files so that they have the same volume"
Website: http://mp3gain.sourceforge.net/
A very useful app, especially for some podcasts which are made with low gain and are still not loud with speakers at max on some laptops.
Wow that was quick, thanks!
