Hamachi is already portable...
1. Download hamachi
2. put it on your flashdrive under portable apps in a folder you create called HamachiPortable
3. Fire up PortableApps and TADA! its in the menu.
It works with most applications too. I had Redshift installation system on my flash drive and used to have Notepad++ until they ported it for portable apps.
