Ok, so I get really get mad that often, but this certainly made me mad.
I opened Firefox nearing the end of August, and Firefox Start said to check out the new Mozilla Store for back to school clothing. I thought it sounded pretty cool to finally get some good Firefox Merchandise. So here's the story:
03/09/07:
- Ordered Army Green Firefox T-Shirt
- Recieved e-mail telling me my T-Shirt was back-ordered until the 19th of Sep.
24/09/07: (Week after T-Shirt was back-ordered until)
- Recieved e-mail saying my T-Shirt was being shipped
03/10/07:
- Checked order status, marked add something like 'Shipping'
08/10/07:
- Checked order status, marked as 'Completed'
- Contacted GatewayCDI about shipment not arriving
- Received e-mail from GatewayCDI saying my order was cancelled as I was sent two confirmations and they were not confirmed.
Yes, I was sent two e-mails saying what everything was I ordered, and the status, but I was not asked to confirm a thing. I have both e-mails as well.
Not to mention that you aren't told the shipping price for areas outside of the United States. You just get charged it after shipping. So they could charge you 100 bucks if they wanted.
So in the end, I suggest Mozilla pick a company other than GatewayCDI and in the meantime I suggest you be careful when ordering.
You'd expect more from Mozilla.
Please Make TiLP Portable
I know it's not Mozilla directly, but you'd expect them to invest in a better merchandising company.
