Anyone will do it, just to be honest, as there's been requests for IceWeasel, Flock, etc. And it's kinda pointless. I think it should work mostly ok if you place the 'lolifox' (i'd assume) folder from C:\ProgramFiles in FirefoxPortable\App and then use the ini from FirefoxPortable\Other\FirefoxPortableSource to change the executable and directory names. Read about it in the readme.txt in that same folder.
lolifox.com have just a screen saying "Temporary Closed"

There's no reason as this is a dead project based off the now-abandoned Firefox 2.0 trunk. As such, the current Lolifox build has known security holes and should not be used.
