I have just un-installed the main Portable Apps system without any apps before formatting my drive. Now the drive's name is PortableApps and I can't delete anything off it. Help please!

Go to the control panel -> Folder options -> Select show hidden files and folders.
There should be a hidden autorun.inf in the root of the drive. Delete it.
