no install+ virus

Hi all
After discover portable application and install on a 512 usb card and worked fine I decided to buy a bigger UBS card 4G and install the all the suite and all work fine till…….. I open thunderbird and sunbird
My antivirus and anti spyware went nuts, anti virus ( avg free edition) told me was a Trojan, spydoctor told me was an adware cinmus and Trojan. Startpage ( Spydoctor) and the anti virus confirming was a Trojan. Not really worry because I immediately think was a false positive so I decided to close the application and decided to down load a new version of the suite (first time I downloaded was a week a go) and even the usb was out of the package I diced to format and install the suite I download a minute ago.
When I double click the installer I select the usb where I wan to install the application suite and I get an error sorry a message
F:\PortableApps_Suite_Standard_1.0exe is not supported archive
So decided to try with the smaller usb pen the 512 which was working fine (same issue with the antivirus and the spydoctor same Trojan and adware) format and I try to install the application portable and again same message but obviously different letter
H:\PortableApps_Suite_Standard_1.0exe is not supported archive
Any suggestion way before they work and now no and to who I should report the false positive ?
