Is possible that Excel of OpenOffice is separated for individual use ? The great size of program prevents in many cases of being able to install it in many usb portable. If they were individual, could be chosen to install. Thank you.

No, it is not possible. OO.o is really one big program. Installing only one will save you at most a few MBs.
This has been addressed a couple times in the forums.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
Well, if you can live with 'simple', you could always try Spread32. It's REALLY tiny, and included in the
'Floppy Office Suite'.
