Hey just thought I would share a great new site I have found.
The site focuses on Portable Applications. It has this great forum too. Some of the people there are very helpful, some are kinda cranky. 
Here is what is the coolest thing: All you have to do is go to this link http://tinyurl.com/2uqmz7. Type in what you want. Check back in less than 24hrs and boom a completed portable version of the software you requested is there. No charge.
It does not matter if the software is already available as portable, or if it is commercial, no worries if the full version requires Vista, 4Gb of Memory, .NET 3.0, JAVA, etc. You don't even need to give a description of the software a link to the website or anything. The best thing is it is all free. I have tried it, works EVERY time.

I though of it when I saw the latest request for portable apps and all it had was a program name that I had never heard of. Seems sometimes like that is all people think this site is. Plug in the name of the software and out pops your portable app.
