Request: Firefox 1.5.0.12

Hi there,

As a webdeveloper I like to have multiple versions of Firefox installed. Portable Firefox is the ideal way for me of working with multiple versions. I was wondering, as Mozilla no longer brings out updates to the 1.5 branch, if you guys could port Firefox 1.5.0.12 to a portable app. This is almost guaranteed the last version of the 1.5 branch, so it will be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

1.5.0.10 is there. Autoupdate should direct you to the latest in the 1.5 branch.

You

could use www.browsershots.org

It is free and lets you preview your site in browsers even from different OSes, so you could see what it looks like in Safari, and of course FF 1.5 is one of the choices for preview.

Yes, but

It doesn't give you interactability.

Use 1.5.0.10

Just use 1.5.0.10 from the Firefox Portable page (under the heading 'Legacy Versions'). In terms of rendering, there is no difference. Neither should be used in production as they both have security issues.
