Nice

That actually looks very nice, seeing as they already have a portable version, I'll probably work on it once Java portable is finalized.

Refresh Request muCommander

Refreshing this request to see if it is still on the radar for 'paffing'.

It seems to run OK using the Java Portable Launcher. The site also offers its own version of a Portable App, which appears to depend upon Java being installed on the local machine.

From the short time spent looking into this app it seems quite capable of most of the tasks expected of a file manager with a couple of things that are also very appealing:

  1. file associations can be created by the user
  2. users of Windows and Linux can work with the same browser on both platforms

I know I am almost 5 years late but I'll answer it anyway.
I've found a version of muCommander portable on another site.
