hey all its me again, this is my first official program, it is a launcher for Babyweb a really small asp server.
You have to download the server seperatly from the site (described in the downloa)

This program allows you to start command prompt when needed. It allows you to either start cmd, or if you are in a situation where you cannot use cmd, it will emulate one for you.
