is there a page that shows all portable apps and current version?
I like the home page that shows new apps, but is there a single page that shows all portable apps and current version, plus the last release date?
Thanks.

Hello all,
I'm looking for a recommendation on image management software. I know the recommended product is Gimp, but, I'm looking for something on par with Adobe Lightroom for both editing and management. Wondering what other options people are using out there (either portable or not).
Hello
I am new .
some times I reboot the computer before closing my portable Apps so at the case do not do setting back and Registry back.
is there help if some my portable Apps is running And I reboot PC before rebooting tell me your potable Apps is running?
thanks
I am new to portable applications, and I must say, I am somewhat hooked.
My question is why would we want to choose a portableapps.com version of a software over the native version from the developer, such as notepad++ or filezilla who both offer .zip portable downloads?
If the developer offers a portable version, is there a benefit to the portableapps.com version? Wouldn't the launcher slow things down a bit?
I do not use the portableapps menu at all.
Good News: I've just made Active Tcl Portable!
Bad News: It's license requires Permission from Active State to distribute.
Edit (see first comment):
How do I keep my Portable Apps versions up to date with the latest releases?
Do I have to repeat the complete process each time or is there a way to just download the updated versions?
Thanking any and all in advance for your help.

In light of the fact that most forum members are interested in portability, I would like to propose an ongoing thread where people can post if they find a good deal on flash drives, pen drives, click drives, or whatever you want to call the things we all use to carry our portable apps around with us as we migrate from computer to computer.
If posting on this thread, I strongly recommend that you re-read this section of the forum guidelines (pretty standard for most fora of this nature, but a good description of proper nettiquette by John Haller is probably worth reading anyway):
well since I haven't got a response from you I'm going to invoke one - Download the new Cameo without Mozilla products and with the Source Code of the Applications that the actual binary(s) where actually altered posted online, other than that enjoy. Also the applications from PortableApps.com where not altered, just the Ascii .ini files where invoked, as which seems legal and legit since the .ini files state;"
# The above options are explained in the included readme.txt
# This INI file is an example only and is not used unless it is placed as described in the included readme.txt

I portablize apps using JauntePE, using ThinApp (when JauntePE doesnt cope with the app).
And of course I download apps from this site.
In all cases I need to associate exe's with file types i.e. integrate portable apps with the file system.
Thinstall has such a tool: it's called thinreg.
I created a simple vbs script that can integrate 90% of all programs including packed with ThinApp, JauntePE, and portableapps format.
E.g. you have a folder C:\PortableApps
1.You create C:\PortableApps\RegisterFileExtensions.vbs file
