I'm looking for a RAM disk tool that can work in command lines so it can be integrated into PortableApps. I think it's the last piece of my Apache performance boost puzzle.

I had Microsoft Calculator Plus installed on my computer I copied the .exe file to a folder in my portable apps usb drive and it seems to be working? with no glitches

anyway I don't know the legal side of things but I thought I would mention it here incase anyone was interested ...

also would it be worth me asking for this to be made into a portable app?
or is there issues with using Microsoft's stuff???

i waqs wondering if i can make my own launchpad with my own app in the launch pad

can anyone tell me on how the sourse was made for it so i can make my own launch pad

I'm new to portable apps and MPlayer and was wondering if someone could tell me in easy steps how to add codecs to MPlayer please

specifically I wold like to be able to play .3gp video with .amr audio as that is what my Phone records video in

**note** MPlayer plays the .3gp video just has no audio

I've been making a lot of progress on finalizing PortableApps.com Format and the PortableApps.com Installer for generalized use. As discussed previously, the installer is switching to an INI-based configuration so that publishers and devs won't need to write any code to get an installer.

I was really interested in a U3 drive and had my heart set on one, until I discovered that the entire project was in the process of being scrapped. But then I found this site and it was all good, same usability on a much faster USB drive.

Is there any solution for this?

Logout of the site and log in again.
You/I are/am taken to your/my user page, this was not what happened before.
Is this a bug as a result of the update, or is this intentional?

I am running The portableapps version of notepad++ from my USB stick, but it is writing outside of the portableapps folder and outside the USB stick and writing to C:.

Good way to confirm this is to use Online Armour Firewall which detects it.

I just opened a text file using Notepad++ again, and OA says this:

"The program ns328A.tmp wants to run" Located: "C:\users\atom\AppData\Local\Temp\nsz8CB.tmp\"

Everytime I close notepad++ portableapps, it wants to run a .tmp file from within the C:\users\atom\AppData\ folder.

i got my launcher to work but i dont kno how to make it work with the reg key i have
is their a code or is their something i can add from an existing app.nsi to make it work cuz i took one from amsn one and mod it to launch my poweriso but i want to know how to Incorporate the reg key for it to work any help would me greatful
