Request image viewer
Gimp is ok for editing but I would like something like ACDSEE so I can scroll through images. That would be most useful.

Got a suggestion for an app that should be portable? Post it here.

There is a software that I found that keeps your IP masked.
The website is http://www.spyonyou.com/
I've used it for the last few weeks and I think it would be a great addition.
Program: Open Source Firewall For Windows
Website: http://sourceforge.net/projects/firewallpapi/
Description: "FirewallPAPI is an open source firewall for Windows 2000 and above. It is a simple utility for filter network traffic."
License: GNU General Public License (GPL)
Other: We need to be safe. The ClamWin Anti-virus is great. But this won't protect us from attacks. So my sugestion is a Open Source Firewall. Even if doesn't work below Windows 2000, it is important to have a Firewall.

Program: WinWGet
License: Open Source/GPL
Description: A powerful open source download manager with gui.
Website: http://www.cybershade.us/winwget/
Other: The path to the wget executeable is absolute.
The new features sound good
Hi,
Anybody is working on Accounting software for portable menue

Jay
this would be handy to have. i am shure that the majority of you know what an iso file is. (link if needed) unfortunately i dont know how you are going to do it because the iso recorder that i have in mind is not really software, its a "DLL As An App" type program. it is also exicuted by double clicking a marked .iso file (icon is unique to iso recorder) or right clicking and clicking "Copy Immage To CD". the iso recorder that i know ov is also capeable of making .iso files.
I need any dc/dvd burning software like imgburn, ashampoo, nero, etc...
I have a piece of software call eyeQ that is supposed to help you develop the ability to read faster. I have always thought that it would be nice to be able to take it with me so I wasn't locked to my pc to do the training sessions & keep track of my progress. If you need to find out more about the software, it can be found at www.eyeq.tv. I am not sure if this is possible, but it would be nice to have a portable version.
