Can anyone make a portable version of Tunnelblick to run from a USB?

When you got lots of videos, there's only title and year and perhaps a picture. It would be nice if portable apps could browse videos and display title, year, comment from IMDB about movie and the quality of video. The quality is useful if you are a collector.
