Foxit PDF reader is way better than Sumatra. Please add it.
It's already portable, and is much feature-full than sumatra.
It's almost as feature-full as Adobe's reader.
I recommend to put it in PortableApps.com official package.

Hello All,
What about an open source PDF Printer Driver like PDF Creator.
Start it up from the USB Drive and then generate PDFs till the cows come home.
I'm pretty sure it's a little more complicated. Is it possible? Can it just run in the background without being installed on the local machine?

I often use OPERA internet browser at home because is reliable and easy to use, therefore i was thinking if mozilla firefox the only web bowser available.
I want portable anti virus better than clamwin.
As a newlywed (1 year Sunday) with a baby on the way, I'd love a portable utility along the lines of WallSwap (http://www.paranoia.clara.net/software/wallswap.html), a wallpaper swapper that randomly chooses a picture from a pre-set directory, can randomly change wallpaper throughout the day, and will resize or tile the images as desired.
Total commander or something. I could really use that.
Okay some of you know I make some of my own apps but I can't find a free file indexer of great quality that is clean or any indexer that is clean and free.
The people at AOL trademarked AIM so GAIM was told to change their name. They've released Pidgin and have already release updates for it. Check it out.

AppGini is a program that helps you develop web database applications rapidly. You do not need to have any programming background to use it. Just define your database, set some options, click the Generate button, and ... that's it!
Hiya
This is off topic but I thought this was the best place to post this.
I'm looking for an open source (preferably portable) application that I can use to record activity on my screen and allow me to record/overlay speech.
I want to do a demo to everyone in my company as to what/where/how/when portable apps should be used. The easiest way would be to post a "recorded" demo on our extranet. The last time I did this; many moons ago, I had access to Lotus Screen Cam. I no longer have access to this and I can't find a suitable replacement.
Any suggestions?
