Well several years latter they have some other things that goes beyond just instant messaging... they have voice chat and remote control and screen viewing. So I was wondering if it could be put back on the back-burner...

I produce a USB drive with apps for Christians

I have playlists of Christian radio in different languages. I need a simple way for end users to update these small files containing the radio playlists. They just contain URLs of the radio stations, but from time to time I need to remove dead ones and add new material. The playlists run from portable VLC player.

- The app needs to run from a script from a custom written menu
- it does what it needs silently. Its being used by user with not much IT background and probably don't speak English

we use thunderbird portable 3.0, however this too slow.
we have almost 50gb of emails, when opening, it takes hours.

Dwarf Fortress is a game from Bay12 that plays like an older 8 bit game such as The Legend of Zelda, but more like an 8 bit version of castle defense or Harvest Moon.
