CLIPCLIP clipboard manager app

Goodmorning all

gentlmen I would be gratefull if you could make portable the "clipclip" clipboard manager. It is free but i dont know if it is opensource. I know there are many clipboard manager out there (f.e. Ditto) but the list of saved clips appeares in this application does nt appear the same way in any other similar programm I know. Looking forward to see the developer's genious in action one more time... Thanks on advance

Other: Flare is the game engine, and Empyrean Campaign is the campaign mode. Similar to how GZDoom is a game engine and Freedoom is the game content. Flare writes to %APPDATA%\flare
