Hello Portable Apps community. I would love to see Façade as a portable app. It is an amazing AI game,and I strongly suggest trying it out. Tell me what you think!

Occasionally I have to produce CDs that are Mac compatible (photographs). Any portabe software that would allow that on a PC would be very welcome.

By the title, I do not mean making a boot CD using the USB. What I'm saying here is there are a vast amount of freeware programs available from the Hirens CD. My suggestion is to use it as a list of some sort to get the apps. They are very popular and yet very helpful. I know I can get all of the apps from Hirens CD and put it on my flash drive. But why not make it accessible to everyone else? I myself could possibly make it portable. But it wouldn't be the same. So could you guys use this as a suggestion and look into the applications the CD has?

Now that TweetDeck no longer requires Abobe Air. Can we get a portable version please?

The website is pretty nasty, especially now they've overhauled it for a 2nd time in a year.

It'd be great to have the windows native app in paf format.

I recently found that the Portable Apps Platform no longer has a selector to show/hide the desktop icons, with the only way to actually performing the feat in PA was to mofify the ini.

I came across this small FREEWARE app that according to the site can be used portably. The program has some other options availialable to it. eg. auto show/hide icons with a click of the mouse. auto start on windows start, start minimized etc.
