I think you should make Quintessential portable because it is pretty small and requires hardly any CPU so it would be fairly easy to make portable.

There are a few free antivirus programs, like AVG (http://free.grisoft.com/) and ClamWin (http://free.grisoft.com/), but they're not packaged for portable use.
