Rock XP
I realize that Rock XP does not take any setup but it would be nice to see it as an icon in PAM.

Got a suggestion for an app that should be portable? Post it here.

Why Not? We have other Mozilla Projects
Has anyone gotten BartPE plugin's to work with PortableApps? There are LOTS of apps as plugins.
Thanks
I use an app. called MyInfo. The author has already created a "portable" version of it (I don't know that it does or does not meet any particular standards, but it seems to work fine). I'd like to have its executable icon appear in the PortableApps Menu, is there a way to make this happen? I tried dropping it into the ProtableApps DIR but that did not work...
Text2Speech
http://sourceforge.net/projects/text2speech/
* Very clean and simple gui, easy text to speech application
* It is open source, under GPL
Very easy text to speech app to use
Simple notepad style gui
Very fun to use, but can be helpful as an accessibility app
Does anyone know of a portable PDF editor that I could add several pdf's together or edit there content.
Thanks
Does anyone know of a U3 version of Forte Agent, or any other U3 newsgroup reader?
While the portable media players VLC & MPlayer are great, they're not so great for playing just music files, especially from playlists.
I tried both but their lack of playlist functionality is frustrating.
I also tried a portable app called soprano but it's lacking in playlist-usage as well.
I did find one great, lightweight candidate: yPlay - http://www.spacejock.com/yPlay.html
"yPlay is a freeware MP3, Ogg*, WMA, WAV, FLAC* and Midi player with multiple playlists and a light, clean interface."
Firefox 3 Beta 1 came out today.
The company I work for develops applications in XUL and we will be moving over to firefox 3 now that it is out of Alpha. Can someone make a portable version of this so I can develop at different locations?
Thank you.
