Hello
I thing Portable Total Commander is very important! (www.totalcommander.com)
Here is a nice full featured email client that runs on its own, you can just copy it to a USB stick.

(Scroll down and download the "Floppy Office" set of programs. When there, grab the zip folder that says something like "npopwin32" and unzip the program and the readme to your usb stick.)
John-
just put a link and a write-up to this in the Internet section. Thanks!
Please put a link and a write up to this chat program, miniaim. It only does AIM, but it weighs in at a miniscule 75KB!
I found a tiny spreadsheet porgram that has little functionality but can open and save in Excel formats.

(scroll down and click on "Floppy Office" to download a tiny package of software. Grab Spread32.exe and the readme for it and just put it on a usb stick.) It is very simple, but it will suit my needs. Put a link in the Office section for this please!

You could just put a link to this in the Audio & Video section. It is an excellent media player that writes all settings to the app folder. It is also extendable via plugins. As it is about 1/2 MB, it is convenient for users of smaller drives.
I found a site that describes how you can use Microsoft's free Windows CE emulator on a portable drive. Here are links to the tutorial and the free emulator. There might be some issues with licensing, but since it is already given free, and you don't have to change the program, just write a script to launch it, you should be okay.
OK, Tor is a toolset for a wide range of organizations and people that want to improve their safety and security on the Internet. TorCP is a Tor controller for Windows 95 and higher. TorCP runs in your system's notification area, giving you a way to check on the status of Tor without having to have the console window open all the time. TorCP also lets you monitor the bandwidth Tor is using, as well as configure some of Tor's settings without having to manually edit Tor's configuration file.
