simple question/request. Would it be possible to develop a C++ programer for portable apps?

Is it able to make such a game portable for a USB device?

I was searching on the internet for SWF Decompiler .when i went on the website , it says that this is a freeware.
My question is , can i get a portable version of this program please

Many Programs need to access the registry in order to run and that could be a problem. Why don't you make Wine from a Portable Linux emulator and then, people could have many more apps as Portable apps, or better, just make a portable Linux emulator and the users can do the rest themselves.

Please make a portable version of Gladinet. It makes using many online storage services a lot easier to use.

I fix a lot of computers and I always use the Piriform utilities to perform basic maintenance. It would be nice to have these installed on my Portable Apps flash drive, so I don't have to download and install the software for each computer I work on.

Apps: CCleaner, Defraggler, Recuva, and Speccy.
