PortableApps.com Installer / PortableApps.com Format

Frhed Portable is packaged in a PortableApps.com Installer so it will automatically detect an existing PortableApps.com installation when your drive is plugged in. And it's in PortableApps.com Format, so it automatically works with the PortableApps.com Suite including the Menu and Backup Utility.

We'll need more information than that to be able to work out anything. If this continues, please post in the support forum with more details (not in this release announcement).

I've posted revision 2 which adds in the C runtimes Frhed uses since they may not be installed on some Windows XP and Windows 2000 machines.
