Story Topic:

The Installer was unable to download Java. The Installation of the portable app will be incomplete without it. Please try installing again.
ERROR:Reget Error)

Who other has got this problem, too?

The installer downloads Java from Oracle as it sets up. A reget error means the download was blocked. You could be at work/school or you could be in a country that is specifically blocked (Iran, Cuba, North Korea, etc). Or it could be a temporary website error.
