I use an app. called MyInfo. The author has already created a "portable" version of it (I don't know that it does or does not meet any particular standards, but it seems to work fine). I'd like to have its executable icon appear in the PortableApps Menu, is there a way to make this happen? I tried dropping it into the ProtableApps DIR but that did not work...

This is asked a lot, it tells your how right on the PortableApps Menu support page, but you actually need to drop it in a sub-directory, so:
X:\PortableApps\MyInfoPortable\MyInfo.exe
