But there's no reason why it should if you're running KompoZerPortable.exe, cause I think it's using the 'profile' switch. Maybe try to re-create and see if it happens again.

It would seem there's a bug in KompoZer creating this file. I'll update the launcher to handle it today or tomorrow.

This is fixed in KompoZer Portable 0.7.10 Revision 2. For users of 0.7.10, a small (under 300k) upgrade download is available that will upgrade you to the new revision.
